Workflow Fork
Fork a shared workflow from another user.
This endpoint:
- Validates that the source workflow exists and is shared
- Creates a new workflow for the current user
- Copies all versions from the source workflow’s S3 storage
- Sets the reference_workflow_id to point to the original workflow
